​I followed your instructions and my allergies are gone!

​​You emailed me this explanation for why I have allergies.  “A leaky gut is the main cause of allergies.  Leaky gut develops as a result of foods not digested well because of lack of enzymes in cooked foods, lack of friendly bacteria due to perhaps past medications and exposure to toxins through foods and air.  As a result of having a leaky gut, the immune system becomes exhausted, hyper and vulnerable as it tries to deal with cooked meals that lack enzymes and end up being digested through fermentation and putrefaction which feeds pathogens.   Leaky gut leading to a hyper immune system will eventually lead to food and environmental allergies (a negative reaction to cooked foods lacking enzymes)”.
 
I followed your instructions to heal my leaky gut and now my allergy is completely gone……Thanks Donia
